meter on the request of the consumer for Govt. Flats/Others

Within three working days of receipt of application.

Issue of prefinal current bill.

Within 2 days of disconnection of supply.

Issue of disconnection slip.

On the day the current payment is made through Draft or
Cash.

Issue of "No Demand Certificate".

After 2 days of deposit of final bill from Sr. AO
(Billing)

Refund of security.
|
With 10 days of issue of 'No dues' certificate by Sr. AO
(Commercial)

6.

Restoration of Electricity/Water supply.
|
Within 3 days after clearing of outstanding dues and
payment of restoration charges.
|

7.
|
Payments
|
Consumers are advised to clear their bills by due date
to aprotected void levy of surcharge.
