5.a) Water connection in the premises.  
5.b) Existing source/arrangement of water for the applicant.  
6. Brief description of premises.  
7. Total overall requirement of filtered water connection of entire premises.  
8. Additional quantity of water required for the new connection.  
9. Justification with particulars of units/flats/families/ Number of persons etc. for proposed new filtered water connection.  
10. Site plan (Sketch) showing meter position on plumbing works water lines marked on sketch about existing, mainline & proposed connection requirement of road cutting, length of connection line from main line to meter point etc.  
11. No objection from Landlord (if application is not legal owner of property).  
12. Mode of distribution of water in the premises viz. stating position of over head tank, Under Ground tank etc.  
13. Arrangement of sewerage/water disposal.  
14. Particulars for proposed new connection (Viz. size of connection etc.)  
15. In case of water connection is required for New Building Block following required
15.a) Drawing Showing arrangement of water and sewer line.  
15.b) Reference of Building sanctioned plan.  
15.c) Approved C Form, Occupation/occupation certificate of the building.  
16. Purpose for using the water (Domestic or for office or shops/Commercial or labour camp of construction).  
17. In case of commercial establishment shop etc. particulars of business and whether the same having valid licence/registration in the name of above applicant if required.  
18. Name of the plumber (Registered in N.D.M.C.) by whom the work is to be executed (Not applicable in case of Govt. Deptt./Organization like C.P.W.D./P.W.D. etc.  
19. If the applicant is a Land Lord bonafied proof of ownership of the building and last paid bill of house tax is to be attached.

  • NOC/Rent Receipt in case of Tenant.
  • Copies of Last Paid Water/Electricity Bills.
  • Copy of Last Paid House Tax Bill in case of Land Lord.
  • Copy of Completion Certificate/Completion Plan
  • Affidavit/Indemnity Bond on Prescribed proforma In case of Old Building.
  • Photo Copy of Ration Card/Bonafied Proof of occupancy of premises.
  • Any other document for better apprication of case.
