a) | knowing
that he is suffering from a dangerous disease expose other person to the risk
of infection by his presence or conduct in any public street or public place; |
b) | having
the care of a person whom he known to be suffering from a dangerous disease, cause
or permit that person to expose other persons to the risk of infection by his
presence or conduct in any such street or place as aforesaid; |
c) | place
or cause to be placed in a dustbin or other receptacle for the deposit of rubbish,
any matter which he known to have been exposed to infection from a dangerous disease
and which has not been disinfected properly; |
d) |
throw or
cause to be thrown into any latrine or urinal any matte which he knows to have
been exposed to infection from a dangerous disease and which has not been disinfected
properly. |
