NDMC has developed a new park name as Palika Park above Palika Parking which is being booked for cultural programmes in line
with booking of Central Park at the same rates of Central Park at the same rates of Central Park i.e. `80000/- as User Chares plus
GST. However booking of Palika Park is not preferred as compared to Central Park. So booking of Palika Park is done in very small
numbers as parties always option for Central Park. So it is proposed that rates Palika Park be kept less than that of Central Park to
attract prospective consumers to book this venue more & more so as to popularize it.

by different State & Central Govt. & Various Department. The User Charges for this space is proposed as under:-

Music, Culture, Health, Art & Craft, Education etc.
` 25,000/- along with parking lot charges as defined by
Open Air Yoga etc. Director (Enforcement) if parking lot is required ` 50,000/-
