6.9 Mechanical Car Parking for 900 cars at Tolstoy lane
RFP on EPC has been framed for Multilevel car parking underground & over
ground for 900 cars with 3 commercial floor on EPC mode. Cost of the project
is expected around Rs.150 crore. Work will start in the year 2019-20 and will
be completed in the year 2020-2021.

6.10 Housing for Municipal Employees
To improve availability of houses to NDMC employee, following actions have
been taken in the year 2018-19 and contemplated for the year 2019-20:
i) Construction work of 188 Type-II Flats at Aliganj has been awarded and
it is being carried out in full swing and is likely to be completed in the
year 2019-20
ii) Work of construction of 120 Type-II Flats at sector-VII, Saket is in
progress and 50% work is to be completed in 2019. The entire work is
likely to be completed by October 2020.
iii) For construction of 292 (Type-IV & type-V) residential quarters at Arjun
Dass Camp: the request case for change of land use submitted to DDA
which is now under process. Details estimates have been prepared with
estimated cost of Rs. 211 crore.
iv) For construction of 160 nos. of Type-III flats at Saket, the detailed
drawing for the scheme have been sanctioned by SDMC. Tenders to be
recalled due to some modifications in the NIT and likely to be
commenced in next financial year.
v) Vidyut Bhawan: It is proposed to rent out 3 buildings having about 72000
sqft built-up area to Enforcement Directorate after executing requisite
renovation.
