        New Innovations, Methodology of Teaching Evaluation and curriculum. The
        team learnt various things about Belgium and their culture, love for nature,
        maximum use of Bicycle as mode of Transportation. Sharing of Best Practices
        among two countries  include New Innovations like Buddy Project, ICT
        competency, flexibility in choice of subjects, Classroom as Research Lab,
        Interdisciplinary Projects, Emphasis on Learning of More languages at school
        level.

        Further students and teachers  visited Sikkim.  Under the programme,  15
        students and 3 teachers / officials visited NDMC in May 2018 and 18 NDMC
        students with 3 teachers / officials visited Sikkim in  June 2018. Another
        exchange programme to send NDMC  students  to  the Andaman & Nicobar
        Island is scheduled in March, 2019.

        5.1.7.2.7  Exchange Programme 2019-20
        It is proposed that the  exchange programme will  continue  during the year
        2019-20 as well, wherein exchange of students with other state governments
        will be explored including the distant places such as Ladakh and Andaman &
        Nicobar Islands.  Best 6 students and Teachers will be sent to abroad to learn
        and see the best practices in field of education happening abroad in United
        Kingdom.

        5.1.7.2.8 Introducing a  team of mentor who will  visit  schools to  give
        positive feedback to teachers and students.
        Mentoring plays a vital role  in any system and especially in the field of
        Education. For  the sustainability, effective and  efficient utilization of
        education ecosystem, it is proposed to avail  the services of 2 education
        experts who will visit our schools as per schedule to give positive feedback, so
        that teachers can take appropriate measures to improve their performance.

        5.1.7.3 For strengthening of School Infrastructure, I propose the following:

        5.1.7.3.1  Upgradation of Laboratories in NDMC / Navyug Schools
        NDMC have 82 Labs in Schools like science lab, home science lab, geography
        lab, chemistry lab, physics lab, biology lab, math lab, etc. Such Laboratories
        play an  important role  in education of a  child by  making learning of the
        complex concept in a comprehensive manner through learning by doing. Such
        laboratories needs up-gradation, therefore, it is proposed  to augment and
        upgrade all laboratories of all our Schools, wherein civil infrastructure,
