Flower Show of the schools will also be organized each year in the month of
February/March. Regular visit of students to the associated garden/park will
be scheduled on regular basis.

5.1.7.5.4 Beekeeping by students of NDMC and Navyug Schools in
nearby NDMC's parks / gardens
Beekeeping has positive ecological consequences. Bees play an important role
in the pollination of many flowering plants, thus increasing the yield of certain
crops such as sunflower and various fruits. Honey is a delicious and highly
nutritious food. Bee keeping will also serve as a hobby for the students. It
would help in protecting this threatened species. Considering this, I propose
introduction of bee keeping in Senior Secondary Schools.

5.1.7.5.5 Solar Benches in NDMC and Navyug Schools
The ongoing significant technical advances in solar cells and solar panels over
the recent decades have been a key driver in the transformation of solar power
into a major source of renewable energy, and a serious alternative to
traditionally generated electricity. Solar power is environmentally green
energy and virtually free to produce once a system is up and running. To
generate awareness about solar energy provision of solar benches and/or solar
tree will be made in all schools.

5.1.7.6 For Vocational Education, I propose the following:

5.1.7.6.1 Vocational Planning recognized by CBSE
Our quality initiatives in education sector are in that not only for transforming
and augmenting our infrastructure and academic environment for achieving
academic excellence but also for creating skilling opportunity for students
studying in our schools. As you are all aware that a world class Skill
Development Center has been opened at Mandir Marg which is in great
demand now a days for its excellent courses having very good job guarantee.
I propose to introduce Vocational courses / subjects recognized and offered by
CBSE having very good job prospects initially in two Senior Secondary
NDMC schools in the year 2019-20.

5.1.7.6.2 Vocational/ Lab/Manufacturing Unit for Big boys in Aanchal
Schools
It is observed that the Children with Special Need after the age of 25 are
discontinued from the Aanchal school and thereafter they do not get any
