Application procedure for allotment of units : The enforcement department is dealing with the various unit such as tehbazari, P.C.O. Booth, Taxi booth, parking lots and advertisement on electric poles etc. The procedure for allotment is as below: -
1) Tehbazari & stalls There are 761 Thareja verified squatters and 198 old tehbazari unit, and 50 stalls being dealt in this department No fresh allotment of tehbazari can be made as per the direction of the supreme court.
2) Taxi Booth and PCO Booth: Fresh allotment of taxi booth and PCO booth are banned by the NDMC as policy decision.
Parking Lot: - The parking lots are allotted by this department on the tender basis through press notice in the leading newspaper as well as through NDMC Website. The Detail of the parking lots and its area are provided in the tender form. However, for a short-term quotation the parking lots are advertised through notices in the office of NDMC and website only. The tender form of Rs. 1000/- each can be purchased or downloaded directly from the NDMC website. No fee is charged for the allotment for the short-term basis.
Any adult individual/firm/company/registered society/registered co-operative society who has/have cleared all up to date outstanding dues shall be eligible to participate in the tender. Tenders should have a permanent income tax account number (PAN) and shall have to submit the certified copies of the last Income Tax return filed along with the tender form. The tendering party must also submit (I) details of bank accounts with documentary evidence regarding the financial position, previous experience and ability to execute the contract work. (ii) Proof of residence (photocopy of ration card/Electoral Identity Card duly attested by a gazetted officer) and a recent passport size photograph of the person signing the application form. The earnest money in the shape of Demand Draft from any nationalized bank should accompany with the forms as following.

The allotment is made to the highest bidders after completing of the formalities, such as depositing the 04 months security deposit and one months license fee and agreement on the stamp paper.
