The Department has expedited the cases of Substitution, Conversion of properties from Leasehold to Freehold and also Conversion of flats from Residential to Commercial after charging damages, misuse, ground rent and conversion charges, etc.
The Department has collected an amount of Rs. 130.44 (upto 16.02.2016) on account of damages, misuse charges, ground rent and conversion charges from lessees.
