1.

Payment of leave encashment on retirement to the retiring employees was proposed to be sent directly to the bank and a certificate to this effect was proposed to be issued to the concerned in this regard.

Target set has been successfully achieved by CBS during the period in question.

2.

Form 16 both in Part ‘A’ & Part ‘B’ continued to be uploaded on NDMC website in digital form which was earlier being issued to the employees manually upto the financial year 2012-13.

Target set for 2015-16 has been successfully achieved.

3.

The salary and TDS of contractual employees were being released and calculated manually which was proposed to be prepared through system.

Target set has been successfully achieved by CBS during the period in question.

4.

Upgradation of pay roll

Though the target set could not be completely achieved due to lack of support from Administration but the efforts for upgradation  of pay roll are still on.

5.

Target for preparation of LPC (Last Pay Certificate) to the officers on deputation in NDMC was proposed to be prepared through system which is being issued by this office manually.

The efforts to achieve the target are still on.

6.

Preparation of Due & Drawn Statement on account of arrear of pay through pay roll instead of manual working. 

Target for payment of DTL arrears to almost 850 employees within a month by preparation of summarized due-drawn statement instead of bulky statements through batches in pay roll has been successfully achieved.

7.

All the payments of CBS was proposed to be released through RTGS/NEFT which was earlier being released through ECS.

Target has been successfully achieved during the period in question.

8.

Payments to the employees through cheques were proposed to be minimized.

Target set has been successfully achieved during the period in question.
