The Dpartment is responsible for providing maintenance of various NDMC Buildings like:

1. Residential Complexes (40 Nos.), Schools (48 Nos.), Barat Ghars/Community Centres (21 Nos.), Dispensaries (14 Nos.), Hospitals (03 Nos.), Office Buildings/Commercial Buildings/Markets (45 Nos.), Stadiums/Sport Comples (03 Nos.), Dhobi Ghats (16 Nos.), E.S.S (85 Nos.), Swimming Pool (03 Nos.) and also responsible for providing housekeeping service to various NDMC buildings through outsourcing.
2. Construction of new Buildings as per decision of Council.

• Action Plan of Building in High Risk Zone area as per court order dated 01.05.2019 titled Arpit Bhargava & Ans V/S North Delhi Municipal Corporation & Others.
• Meeting of High-Risk Building Mitigation Cell (HRBMC) forformulating Course of Action for performing duties asigned vide order No. D/284-91/CA/PS/2019 dated 29.07.2019
