| Parking Management System Department, as a separate department, started functioning on 08.08.2018, and is divided into two parts Phase-I and Phase-II, parking area of NDMC consisting of North and South and is being run by NDMC itself:- |

a ) Phase-I -The parking area under Phase-I is presently managed by the Concessionaire which is in and around Connaught Place area New Delhi with 99 Parking Lots. Towing of vehicles which were irregularly parked has been towed by Concessionaire and towing charges/penalty is recover. Revenue generated from towing of vehicles is shared between NDMC and Concessionaire. PMS Department also keep a watch on the vehicle parked in Connaught Place through camera installed and presently operated by ICCC. b) Phase-II - Under this Phase at various locations, as per details given below are managed by PMS Department.
