Main Achievements during 2022-23
1. 01 trainee of Industrial Training Institute was nominated for eight weeks Internship in Electricity Department.
2. 01 student of TERI School of Advanced Studies were nominated for three months Internship in different Departments of NDMC w.e.f 04.07.2022 to 30.09.2022.
3. A group of 30 Elected Representatives and senior officers of Municipal Bodies of J&K visited NDMC on 12th May,2022.
4. Chairperson, Secretary and Programmer of NDMC attended two days Regional Conference (RC) in collaboration with the UT of Jammu & Kashmir at Srinagar from 16-17 May, 2022.
5. Chairperson, NDMC as Lead Speaker address the civil servants on "Improving Public Service Delivery: An Essence for Good Governance: Citizen Centric Governance on 18" May, 2022 in National Centre for Good Governance, New Delhi.
6. A group of 62 Students (Civil Engineering) of Delhi Civil and Entrepreneurship University, Training & Placement were nominated for internship in Civil Engineering Department, NDMC in the month of June 2022 to September 2022.
7. Departmental Attachment of 09 DANICS Probationers (Batch-59th) in NDMC w.e.f. 04.07.2022 to 29.07.2022
8. Mrs. Garima Singh, CVO, NDMC has attended the training programe on preventive Vigilance at NFSU, Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat w.e.f. 25.07.2022 to 27.07.2022.
9. Nominated NDMC officer for lead Speaker to address the 14" Batch of capacity building programme in field administration for the senior Civil servants of Maldives on 26.07.2022.
10. 09 IDES officer Trainees has attached for learning/exposure to the best practices of NDMC for one day on 02.08.2022.
11. A group of 45 members including Hon'ble Mayor and Hon'ble members and Senior Officers from Kurnool Municipal corporation visited NDMC on 23rd September, 2022. Smart City presentation and general presentation about NDMC was organized.
12. Two officers of NDMC namely Shri Sanjay Arora, Chief Engineer (Civil) and Shri Ajay Gupta, SE (PH) have paticipated in WEFTEC 2022 from 8th-12th October, 2022 at New Orleans, Louisiana, USA.
13. A group of 30 Senior Elected Representatives from Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) visited NDMC on 20th October, 2022.
14. Training Department organized an In-House training program for around 150 officers of all 10 establishments and finance department from 12.12.2022 to 19 12 2022 at
Convention Center, NDMC.
15. A visit of 27 civil servants from Republic of Maldives at NDMC held on 21st December, 2022. Smart City presentation, Visit to Integrated Command and Control Center and general presentation about NDMC was organized
16. A training program is organized for 158 drivers at IDTR, Sarai Kale Khan from 17.12.2022 to 21.01.2023 on weekly basis on every Saturday.
17.Around 35 officers/officials of different cadres are nominated for various training programs at UTCS, Karkardooma.
18. A group of 30 members including Hon'ble Mayor and Hon'ble members and Senior officers from Aunachal Pradesh visited NDMC on 19.01.2023. Smart City presentation and general presentation about NDMC was organized.
19. 60th Batch of DANICS Probationers will be atached with NDMC for training purpose w.e.f 23.01.2023 to 17.02.2023.
20. NDMC has signed a MoU with Leuven City, Kingdom of Belgium a friendly treaty on 23.01.2023.
21. Internship of 21 students of YWCA w.e.f 01.02.2023 to 28.02.2023.
22. Invitation for a two day conference on "Circular Resources for our common future as Drivers" on the 1st and 2nd March, 2023 at the India Habitat Center New Delhi.
23. Nomination for training course-Digital Utility Manager (DUM) designed under UK-india bilateral programme-reg. in new delhi from 15" to 17th, March, 2023
24. Sh. Soma Sekhar Apparao Kotaru, IAS OT (AGMUT: 2021) & Ms. Waikhom Nydia Devi, IAS OT (AGMUT: 2021) are attached with NDMC w.e.f. 20.03.2023 to 30.03.2023.
25. Jan Bhagidari Workshop on 31 March on "Financing the cities of Tomorrow (Inclusive, Sustainable and Resilient)" at Visakhapatanam.
Achievements of Financial Year 2023-24 (Upto 30 June, 2023):
1. 8 DANICS Officers are attached with NDMC w.e.f 12.04.2023 to 05.05.2023
2. The Civil Services Day events for 2023 are being organized by DARPG on 20-21 Apil 2023 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi
3. An MoU is signed with Belgium in Jan. 2023 to exchange cultural and technical heritage of New Delhi and Belgium to make the MoU inforce a meeting between Chairman, NDMC and representative of Belgium held on 18.04.2023 in the chamber
4. Nominated 3 officers to attend workshop organizing by CBIP on GST on 24th and 25th May, 2023 (non residential) at its Conference Hall, Malcha Marg, New Delhi.
5. Visit of Assistant Section Officers of Government of India on 02.06.2023 in New Deit Municipal Council.
6. Nominated 15 Engineers from Electric Department to attend Training program Capsule Course on "0&M Distribution System" for NDMC Engineering at NPTI-NR.
7. Internship of 13 students in Civil Department and Auto Workshop Department in New Delhi Municipal Council.
8. 36 Officials/Officers are nominated to attend the training program at UTCS, Karkardooma on various topics according to the Annual Training Calendar on Training Department.
9. Planning to organize training program for 4400 Palika Sahayak.
