There are 741 vendors authorised by Chaturvedi Committee in the year 1999 on the recommendation of Sh. G. P. Thareja Additional District Judge appointed by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Prior to this, NDMC had authorised 176 vendors itself known as Old Tehbazari squatter.
